Support Request

If you are having a problem with a UIU image, deployment or driver, please complete the UIU Support Request form below. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the issue and attach the necessary log files.

If preferred, you may also contact us via email or by phone at 414.369.5020 during regular UIU Support hours.

UIU Support will be closed Tues-Wed, December 24-25 for the Holiday Season.

UIU Support will be closed Wed, January 1 for New Year's Day.
