Paul brings nearly twenty years of proven industry experience in planning, design, implementation, and business analysis, dealing with the broad IT areas of back office systems. Paul's chief focus is in the design of mission critical Exchange systems and Microsoft and VMware network infrastructure. The unique depth of his expertise in virtualization, clustering, business continuity, archiving, and centralization, allows him to transform older messaging implementations into today's highly available systems and applications. Paul's experience ranges from designing the Exchange environments for 25-office global companies, to performing health checks on single office locations, to helping firms plan for and recover from disasters.

Paul is currently in the planning phases with several companies to transition them to Exchange 2013.

Justin has over 15 years of experience in consulting and management with Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 200 law firms. He has served in technical roles from project manager, to consultant, to IT Director and CIO. Consequently, he understands and has managed IT budgets, people and timelines with great success. Because of this experience, he possesses unique and comprehensive expertise in thin computing systems design and deployment, primarily Citrix and VMware-based solutions. An active participant in the International Legal Technology Association, Justin has been a featured speaker several times at ILTA's global and regional conventions on a variety of legal technology topics, and is considered an industry expert in remote access methodologies and tools.

With sixteen years of experience with thin-client and virtual computing, and a focus on datacenter development, infrastructure projects, and the execution of complex, full-scale virtualization, Justin has led several mission-critical datacenter consolidations. Given his extensive experience in disaster recovery, he has coordinated recovery and continuation of operation efforts in the aftermaths of major catastrophic events, including the September 11th attacks and Hurricane Katrina.
